Dear Sivaram-Ji,

Thanks a ton to you for your nice comments and recommendation. I always take my pleasure to read your kind words pertaining to my talents as well as respect all of your kind suggestions too. It seems to me you like more my instrumental rendition rather you like less my singing rendition.

To concentrate on two things is really a challenging task and moreover to produce the exact high pitch and sweetness of Rafi is really a complicated task. The same thing, I mentioned in my response to my dear friend Bhagwath who also pointed out the exact error what you have also pointed. I feel I am too small and a kid near maestro like Rafi in my singing rendition. Simply I like this song of Rafi and I rendered it in my own style. Moreover, my vocal chords and scale is not matching with Mohd. Rafi’s style of singing rather to some what it matches with KK and Mukesh as per my own analysis and also 90% public response. Anyway thanks once again to you for your response.

God bless you all

Regards,

Sablu Mukesh

Hi Sara,

Thanks a ton to you for your appreciative and very lovely comments. I simply liked and enjoyed a lot reading your comments. It’s very nice to know that this time my song made you more enjoy and you liked both my singing and guitar rendition. Also enjoyed very much reading about your friend story who very easily gets irritated by listening our old songs. Nice, do keep in touch. Hope some day I will sing of her favorite new songs then I hope she will be glad. Just joking.

Cheers!

God bless you. Take care.

Dear Bhagwath,

Thanks a ton to you for your appreciative as well as suggestive comments. Anyway,

I never mind for the errors you have pointed out in my rendition. As usual, I always appreciate your suggestive points in a positive view and never take it in a sense of criticism or in my heart rather I feel glad to improve my rendition.

And moreover a taste of music differs from person to person. If I read or you also read the all comments of readers we can find there is much variations in their comments. After all it’s all public like or dislike which is natural phenomenon. Am I right? But yes, I do precisely analyze all the comments and do take care to rectify my errors. It’s very well and good from your side to give your honest opinion. I am not up to the level of an accomplished or professional artiste rather an amateur musician who knows a little bit about music. To produce the sweetness and exact scale of Mohd.Rafi in my singing rendition is quite complicated task. Rafi was Rafi, and kishore was kishore I am just a kid near them in singing rendition. To be honestly expressing it is very very challenging job to match equally singing and instrumental playing at the same time by a single person. Even I hardly get time to practice my music lessons except holidays. So this the relevant facts Bhagwath, I have expressed it openly. Once again I thank you a lot for your kind suggestions and nice comments on my rendition. Do keep in touch.

God bless you all

Regards,

Sablu Mukesh

Again I am bowled by your guitar chords . A good choice of song again . I was thinking so far that this song was composed by Madan Mohan . I was surprised to note that this song was from RD Burman .Wonderful ghazal !

But I should tell about your singing . Everything was in sync but the emotions was missing .It was straight . Rafi sang this with feelings and I know that it is difficult to get the same  impact being a difficult song .

Your guitar chords as I said earlier was too good

Best Regards

Sivaram

Dear Sablu,
As usual you are right up there! God bless you and your talent. Now for some criticism - constructive of course!
1. I felt that your concentration was more towards strumming the correct chords and a bit less towards singing.
2. This song is essentially a romantic number and thus should have been sung more softly with more sensuality in your rendition. As I remarked earlier, if you had paid more attention to your singing, it would have come out nore softly. With a support musician, I am damn sure you would have done 100% justice to this immortal song.

All in all, it was a technically correct rendition and with a bit more emotions added, it would have been more sensual too. I dont want to spoil your fun. It is very easy to comment and criticize, but to actually make efforts to sing AND strum along is altogether a different proposition. Good work, keep it up!!!

Dear  Khuswaha-Ji,

Aapne to mere dil mein bahaar laa diya. Thanks a ton to you for your wonderful comments and recommendation.

It’s my immense pleasure to know you liked my singing. I reciprocate most soulfully your compliments. I will definitely sing your ghazal but to be truly expressing, I don’t’ have knowledge of music composing.  If possible I will try my level best to sing your ghazals. Some my personnel research will be needed. I will take my pleasure to render. This idea is excellent from your side.

Regards,

Sablu

Hi MU,

Thanks for your prompt and nice comments. Definitely you have pointed out very relevant statements about Urdu pronunciation.  One should be proficient in rendering Urdu word. And what I analyze as per my opinion that 90% words in any lyrics have Urdu composition. My favorite language is Urdu although my mother tongue is Hindi.,

I tried this song of Rafi but to be truly expressing to produce Rafi’s tune and scale is quite complicated task.  I considered him the most sweetest singer amongst although KK and Mukesh have been my all time top favorite. I have very selective taste in music. Generally I don’t like to sing the songs which at all do not match my rendition. Simply I too love Maine Poocha Chand se of Rafi’s immortal number and I rendered.

Cheers!
